How long does custom work take?
Standard production time is 3-5 business days. Rush service (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to APO addresses (US military bases worldwide). We do not offer general international shipping.
Can I provide my own design?
Absolutely! We work with unit logos, personal photos, and custom graphics. Email your design files to support@lombarddesign.com and we’ll incorporate them.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and can invoice military units directly.
